A modern ramen and izakaya restaurant is helmed by two chefs with more than 20 years of experience. Niju aims to follow 20 rules (including 5 flavours, 5 colours, 5 cooking ways and 5 attitudes) to cook the ramen and izakaya dishes. All the dishes are served with exquisite plating, which is a bit Western-style. The restaurant is designed with the morphology of bamboo, with the “Japan Blue” of Indigo Dyeing as the theme colour. It demonstrates Artisan's concentration; the crucial Japanese spirit inherits from tradition to contemporary. Besides, the Japanese bamboo-style bar and seats let you enjoy interacting with chefs and tasting good foods and alcoholic beverages with friends.
